Megan Tschannen-Moran is the Wakefield Distinguished Associate Professor in Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership in the School of Education. Her research interests focus on the social psychology of schools, including self-efficacy beliefs, trust and school climate. Her articles have appeared in the Review of Educational Research, Educational Administration Quarterly, Teachers College Record, the Journal of Educational Administration, and the Journal of School Leadership.
